The whole house is booked by one crew, by the work week: check in Monday, check out Friday, four nights. No strangers, no shared bookings.
Rooms and shared spaces are cleaned and bed linen is replaced each week, on the Friday–Sunday hold days.
Keep the house from Friday to Sunday between work weeks. Leave gear and belongings, and come back Monday without packing up.
Need room for one more? The crew lead can ask for a double bed in the main-floor office, set up before you arrive.
Insulated, lockable garage with a direct Ethernet line. Your tools and equipment stay locked up over the weekend too.

Your crew works Monday to Thursday. Friday to Sunday are the hold days, and that's when we clean. On Monday your crew walks back into clean rooms and fresh linen.
A furnished brick bungalow on a quiet stretch of Tollgate Road West. The kitchen is set up for real cooking, the laundry room can handle work clothes, and the fenced yard and deck are there after a long shift.
Three bedrooms share the main bathroom. The Lower Suite has its own en-suite bathroom, next to the lower-level lounge with a gas fireplace. There's a main-floor office with fibre internet for paperwork and calls. On request, a double bed can go in the office for a 5th worker.

Within 24 hours we email the company an invoice with the full breakdown and a reference number.
Send the total by Interac e-Transfer before the first check-in, with the reference in the message. That confirms the booking.
Arrive at the time you told us. Access details are emailed ahead. Check out Friday by 11:00 AM unless rooms are held.
Payment in full by Interac e-Transfer is due before the first check-in. The booking is confirmed once payment is received.
Cancel 14 or more days before the first check-in for a full refund. Within 14 days, the first week is non-refundable. Later weeks that haven't started are refunded with 7 days' written notice. If we ever have to cancel, you get a full refund.
Longer contracts, trailer parking, Sunday arrivals, invoicing: ask anything before you book. We reply within 24 hours.
